The postponement of the meeting between the company and trade unions has surprised all employees by creating a state of deep frustration and concern. It is difficult at this time the reasons for a sudden stop as a process that in recent months had led to promising results towards a settlement of the dispute in progress without serious repercussions on employment levels. The top management functions and authorities have for months left employees who understand the situation, though serious, could still be resolved and the sacrifice would have been content for employees (excluding the Treviso branch where colleagues are living the nightmare of every employee). Suddenly, declarations, moods and talk (typical of a company and a city where there is not enough to ignore it) seem to suggest that business strategies may no longer be the same some time ago. To be clearer, the strategies that have influenced the final months of this delicate terrible year could not be more current, viable, or worse still shared! Déjà vu?
This is especially difficult to understand but complicated to explain, otherwise the meeting of October 25 was not deleted.
