opinion The postponement of the meeting between the company and trade unions has surprised all employees by creating a state of deep frustration and concern. It is difficult at this time the reasons for a sudden stop as a process that in recent months had led to promising results towards a settlement of the dispute in progress without serious repercussions on employment levels. The top management functions and authorities have for months left employees who understand the situation, though serious, could still be resolved and the sacrifice would have been content for employees (excluding the Treviso branch where colleagues are living the nightmare of every employee).
