Saturday afternoon, taking advantage of the fact that the rain did not allow walking, I convinced my husband to accompany me in August, a mega-store-display of plants and gardening articles, because I knew that I would find a "special edition" of cactus collectors. Result: shopping, shopping and more shopping!
I love all plants and flowers, but especially love the cacti and succulents, because they inspire me liking their shape, their way of life "simple" (a little water, poor health and need a little 'like me!), and their incredible variety.
These are the ones I have now transferred and planted in my terrace:
the leaves are similar to cannucciotti, succulent, green at the base and progressively more yellow towards the tip.
A small spiny succulent now stays on the window sill of my bathroom accompanied by a dwarf, of course!
This instead comes from an experiment in cutting playing almost 10 years ago by a small map given to me by my grandmother Flatter! Now has invaded all my terrace and also to my mom! Other than cloning! Just put a small piece in a jar with a little bit 'of land and reproduces itself at the speed of light!
Then there is a succulent plan which stands all alone, exposed to wind
the north, which is is a bit 'bruised on the return journey by car and lost some "leaf" (a dwarf-Counselor urge to keep her company!):
like it?
like it?
Well, now I have to devote to the creation of new "crochet." I have almost finished the mega center table, the spins are gone (alleluia! 125 laps!), Lacking only the outline to develop shrimp. Account to show my progress in a few days!
soon,
Michelle
