The simplicity of the little things
Have you noticed how beautiful it is to appreciate the simplicity of small things?
Sometimes I'm amazed by how much joy one can give what is simple, apparently of little value, but done with the heart.
As such, the (my) Farina (so called in California), or as we say from my Partei cake chickpea. And 'one of the easiest things in the world, more rapid implementation and that it gives a measure of how beautiful it is to appreciate the value of simplicity. Therefore, I tell you like I do, then that does not mean that the recipe is "right", if there is ell. But it is mine, and I like that. And to my August consort.
So, first we need the chickpea flour, preferably free of insects is possible with good quality. It takes about a four punches in a heavy bowl from the top edge, and water is added, slowly, working with a hand whisk until it all becomes like a liquid but not watery. At this point should be added: a handful of salt, oil, and put the fluid in a round baking pan (like pizza) that is covered with parchment paper. If you feel like you can add a small handful of rosemary, and so in the oven at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes. We understand that it is cooked because it forms a solid coating on the surface. Once out of the oven is sprinkled with black pepper. And that's it. L 'other day my husband took a slice at a pizzeria: a part of the cost (outrageous), was done with a bad oil on the origins of which I prefer not to speculate ....

really would sato birthday yesterday. Actually I was not able to wish her personally. Actually I hope I have repaired with this post. I really wanted to prepare them in a long long time a gift from me, but lately the time is always more tyrannical.
Dear friends of the blog, as you noted the frequesnza of my post is clearly declined. I came back to the effective forces at work, and this is very nice, also because I am a (privileged) that does a job she likes. This means less time for creativity, but no more time to think about new creations. So I really want a nice round robin (on www.ilgiardinodive.it there are beautiful), but then give up forever, I'm afraid of not coping with the times and I do not want to disappoint the other participants!
Ok, while I think about it. I'm working on a bedroom as a child by squares with the letters of 'alphabet .... but I fear it will take its time.
